New Technologies
We eagerly develop new technologies to meet new demands of new era taking
advantage of our practical experience on metal deformation processing over
the times.
We are also eager to collaborate with customers and public institutions
because we regard these kinds of activities as precious opportunities to
improve our own technologies.
Rep.1 0.1N Thrust Test Stand for
subminiature satellite testing
We won a contract with JAXA and co-developed a ground-based test equipment for the world smallest ‘0.1N thruster’. We made full use of our precision processing technologies and sensor applications in this project.

Rep.2 Titanium drawing
We successfully co-developed titanium drawing process with professor Inagaki of Shonan Institute of Technology, and now the process is on line. Titanium is well known as a hard nut for drawing processing.

Rep.3 Micro-drawing process
We are researching and developing so-called ‘microtechnologies’ which make it possible to process stainless steel at the range below 1 millimeter. These kinds of technologies will fulfill the higher demands for next-generation product development.

Rep.4 Improvement in stretch-expanding process
Devices and equipments highly conscious of environmental impact and energy efficiency sometimes require extraordinary degree of flatness on their parts. We have been developing processing methods to make springback strain smaller and to make higher degree of flatness available. We have also been testing new prediction method using multiprecision FEM simulation to simplify the die adjustment process.

Metal separator panel & Parts for environmental measure equipment
We have developed and prototyped separator panels having various shapes for fuel cell since 1997 and built up lots of experience. We are confident to be able to provide the best consultation in this field.
Rep.5 Miniature models for wind tunnel experiment of small wind power generator
We manufacture models for experiments which are needed in development processes of our customers, making full use of our various products like sensors, bearings, and motors adding to experience on processing of ceramics, stainless steel, and titanium. We have advantages especially in the field of fluid mechanics and aeronautic engineering, and bring successful result in co-development with universities or research institutes.

Rep.6 Pipe-closing process
As for products having the shape of a cylindrical cup, like bearing retainers, pipe-forming to close single end of a pipe is often the best cost-effective solution with cheaper dies and facilities when they have large diameter and low depth or small diameter and high depth. (Model case: Replacement of drawing process by a 500t press equipment with closing process by a 160t press equipment) Pipe-forming is a good solution also in the view of effective utilization of earth resource with its high material yield. We are promoting development of pipe-closing process for practical use.
